Application for private aircraft utilization

To promote air transportation development and enlarge the number of air transportation personnel, the Government deems it appropriate to allow the private sector, either natural person or juristic person, to utilize private aircraft. However, since such allowance may affect the country’s safety and security, it is necessary to have a strict control by requiring the private sector wishing to utilize a private aircraft to apply for private license from the Minister for Communications who has an absolute discretion whether or not to grant permission. There are 3 types of aircrafts, namely:
1. Fixed wing aircrafts

3. Very light aircrafts
