Seeks copy of vessel license and replacement of license
Person wishing to have copy of license for the vessel or substitute Thai vessel license or in case license were damaged or lost.Steps
Application may be submitted at Vessels Registration Division, Maritime Transport Branch OfficeSubmit documents as follows:
1. Application Bor. 81, Bor. 79
2. License to use vessel or Thai vessel registration เ (in case of damage )
3. report lodged with police about loss of document.
4. Copy of citizenship card of the applicant ;in case of juristic person , there must be certificate from Companies Registration Office certifying the business purposes for registering the company , copy of citizenship card of person holding power to sign.
Evidences required
