Notice about non-usage of vessel /scrap license

Person wishing to stop using vessel temporarily because it gets damaged lost, capsized or destroyed

Steps

1 Public submits application, documents
2 Scrutinizes documentary evidences
3 Collect fees
4 Registrar signs name and return

Evidences required

Submit application to Vessels Registration Division, Marine Office Branch. Documents shall be submitted as follows:
1. Application form Kor 5
2. Vessel license
3. Notice about loss of document at police station
4. Copy of citizenship card of applicant
In case of juristic person there must be Certification issued by Companies Registration Office about business objectives and copy of citizenship card of person with power to sign
