Transfer Thai Vessel ownership (sale/ consign for sale/ give free of charge )

Person wishing to transfer ownership of Thai vessel (in case of selling , consigning for ale or giving away vessel)

Steps

1 Public submits application, documents
2 Scrutinizes documentary evidences, Registrar issues permit
3 Execute Agreement to Transfer ownership of Thai Vessel , Registrar signs name and returns vessel

Evidences required

The Seller (ordinary person )
1. Application to correct ownership of vessel, Forms Or.Bor .56,Kor.5, form Bor. .65
2. Thai vessel registration
3. Vessel license
4. Cash receipt.
5. copy of citizenship
6. Copy of hose registration.
7. Spouse letter of consent to sell vessel.
8. Copy of citizenship card of consenter
9. Copy of Marriage Certificate (If married)
10. Copy of divorce certificate if divorced (if divorced, documents described in clauses 6, 7, 8 are not necessary.
The Seller (Juristic Person)
1. Thai Vessel Registration.
2. Vessel license
3. Company minutes of meeting for selling vessel.
4. Cash receipt , tax voucher
5. Copy of Certificate certifying the Company of its registration
6. Business objectives duly certified by Trade Registration Department.
7. Copy of citizenship of directors
The Purchaser (Ordinary Person)
1. Copy of citizenship card
2. Copy of house registration.
The Purchaser (Juristic Person)
1. Copy of Company Registration/
2. Copy of Certificate certifying Company registration
3. Business objectives.
4. Articles of Association
5. List of names of shareholders
6. Regulations duly certified by Trade Registration Department
7. Copy of citizenship of director having power
In case of inability to carry out things by self, the following shall be added
1. Power of Attorney
2. Citizenship card of Attorney.
