Mortgage of Thai Vessel
Giving service to those wishing to mortgage a Thai vessel.
Steps
Thai vessel mortgage procedures
1 Public submits application with documents
2 Check documents /evidence Registrar issues permit
3 Executes Agreement to Mortgage vessel, Registrar signs name and return.
Evidences required
Submit application at Vessel Registration Division, Marine Office by enclosing documents as follows:
Mortgager (ordinary person)
1. Application to correct ownership of vessel , form 66, Kor.5, Form 64
2. Thai Vessel Registration
3. Loan Agreement duly affixed with stamp.
4. Copy of citizenship card
5. Houser registration copy
6. Letter of consent issued by spouse to sell vessel.
7. Copy of citizenship card of person who issued consent.
8. Copy of marriage certificate (if married)
9. Copy of divorce certificate, if applicable (documents in clause 6, 7, 8 no need to use)
Mortgager (juristic person)
1. Thai vessel registration
2. Minutes of meeting issued by Company board of directors approving the sale of vessel.
3. copy of Certificate issued by Companies Registration Office.
4. Business registration objectives.
5. Copy of citizenship cards held by directors.
Mortgagee (ordinary person)
1. Copy of citizenship card .
2. Copy of house registration.
Mortgagee (juristic person)
1. Copy of Company Registration Certificate.
2. Company registration objectives. 3. Copy of citizenship card of directors
In case of inability to do things by self
the following shall be furnished.
1. Power of Attorney.
2. Citizenship card of Authorizer
