Redemption of Mortgage
Service offered to those wishing to redeem mortgageSteps
Procedures for redeeming mortgage1 Public submits application,
2 Checks documents , evidences . Registrar signs permit
3 Registrar signs name in document for redeeming mortgage, vessel returned.
Evidences required
Submit application at Vessels Registration Division, Marine Office. Documents shall be submitted as follows:Mortgager (ordinary person)
1. Application Kor.5
2. Thai Vessel Registration
3. Agreement To Mortgage Vessel.
4. Copy of citizenship card
5. Houser registration copy
Mortgager (ordinary person)
1. Copy of citizenship card
2. House registration copy
3. Mortgage Agreement, to be retained by Mortgagee
Mortgager (juristic person)
1. Thai vessel registration
2. Mortgage Agreement to be retained by Mortgager.
3. Copy of Certificate concerning company registration
4. Company registration objectives.
5. Copy of citizenship card belonging to directors .
Mortgagee (Juristic person)
1. Copy of Certificate for Company Registration.
2. Company registration objectives.
3. Copy of citizenship card held by directors.
4. Mortgage Agreement for the Mortgager.
In case of inability to do things by self, the following shall be furnished
1. Power of Attorney
2. Citizenship card of Attorney.
