Evidences required

Submit application at Vessels Registration Division , Marine Office Branch.
Documents shall be submitted as follows:
Mortgager (ordinary person)
1. Application Kor. 5
2. Thai vessel registration .
3. Mortgage Agreement to be held by Mortgager
4. Copy of citizenship card
5. Copy of house registration.
Mortgagee (ordinary person)
1. Copy of citizenship card
2. Copy of house registration.
3. Mortgate agreement to be held by Mortgager
Mortgager (juristic person )
1. Vessel license.
2. Mortgage Agreement to be held by Mortgager
3. Copy of certificate for Company Registration.
4. Certificate for purpose of registering company.
5. Copy of citizenship card of directors.
Mortgagee (juristic person )
1. Copy of certificate certifying Company registration.
2. Objective for certifying company registration.
3. Copy of citizenship card of directors.
4. Mortgage agreement to be held by Mortgager
In case of inability to carry out things by self, you shall add the following:
1. Power of Attorney.
2. Citizenship card of Authorizer
